HAYLO was started in 2003 when Hayley left the world of luxury hotel sales and catering in Seattle and returned to her home town of Spokane, WA.

We are your personal liaison with your vendors and will confidently orchestrate the day of your event.


Hayley McQuade Burgin has over 20 years of professional event planning experience in all aspects of Corporate and Social events.
Having planned for a national education company, managed a downtown event facility, been a corporate meeting planner and wedding coordinator at a waterfront 4 star hotel there is nothing that Hayley has not planned, sold or serviced.

As a Past President of Meeting Professionals International, WA State Chapter, Hayley has been held as an example of professionalism in her field. She has attended continuing education conferences and has been a speaker and mentored others in her profession.

Hayley has participated in many weddings and she is highly knowledgeable about the process of planning a wedding, the pitfalls to avoid and how to make the day seamless for the Bride and Groom and their guests.
